At Abundance Sea, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), your privacy and data security are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how the FreqCheck™ iOS Application ("App") and freqcheck.com ("Website") collect, use, and protect your information.
CRITICAL PRIVACY NOTICE: All microphone and sensor data required by the IND CORE™ engine for frequency analysis is processed strictly locally on your device via our zero-knowledge edge computing framework. FreqCheck™ does NOT record, store, transmit, or upload any raw audio or video recordings to our servers or any third-party servers.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account & Registration Data
When you create an account on freqcheck.com to access the FreqCheck™ Network, Nyquist Forum, or FreqCheck PRO features, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We use this solely to authenticate your access across the App and Website.
B. Hardware & Diagnostic Data
We may collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable crash logs and device diagnostics (e.g., iOS version, device model) to ensure the stability of the IND CORE™ signal processing engine and improve app performance.
C. Subscription & Payment Data
If you purchase a FreqCheck PRO subscription via the Apple App Store, your payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information. If you purchase a subscription or lifetime license directly via freqcheck.com, your payment is securely processed by our authorized payment gateway (e.g., Stripe), and we do not store your full payment details on our servers.
2. Third-Party Services & Integrations
A. Google AdMob (Free App Version)
Users on the "Starter (Free)" tier of the iOS App will see standard advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We do not request tracking permissions or collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ad targeting. Users who upgrade to FreqCheck PRO or purchase the "Remove Ads" module have all advertising functionality permanently disabled.
B. Nyquist™ AI Assistant
When using the FreqCheck™ Support Forum, you may interact with the Nyquist™ AI Assistant. Prompts and spectral data you voluntarily submit to the AI chat interface are processed by our third-party AI partners (Anthropic / OpenAI). Data sent to the AI is strictly used to generate structural analysis and workflow responses, and is not used to train global foundation models.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your "Pro" or "Lifetime" license across the FreqCheck ecosystem.
- To sync your compliance and account status between the iOS App and the web forum.
- To provide automated technical oversight and routing via the FreqCheck Support Forum.
- To serve standard advertisements (Free tier only) to support ongoing engineering development.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data (email address) only for as long as your account is active. You may request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by submitting a secure data deletion request through our Official Communication Channel. Upon verification, your account will be permanently purged from our database within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
FreqCheck™ is a professional metrology and frequency measurement tool not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such data immediately.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our engineering practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
