To understand how this works, picture waves rolling across the ocean. Just like ocean waves, invisible waves can be measured in a few specific ways:

• Height: The distance from the bottom to the top of the wave.
• Length: The physical distance between one wave and the next.
• Frequency: How fast the waves are hitting the shore, or the timing between them.

This is exactly where the terms "Wavelength" and "Frequency" come from.

When things vibrate in the air, those waves are called Sound Waves. When things vibrate inside your body, those waves are called Electricity. Both of these invisible waves are measured by their Frequency (how fast they move). The speed of a frequency is measured in a number called Hz (Hertz).

Hearing vs. Feeling: The 20 Hz Threshold

There is a massive difference between what the human ear can consciously hear, and what the human body subconsciously feels. Human hearing begins around 20 Hz.

• Below 20 Hz: The vibrations are so slow and deep that you cannot hear them. Instead, you feel them as physical pressure or body vibration (think of the silent, shaking rumble right before an earthquake).
• Above 20 Hz: The vibrations move fast enough that your ears register them as conscious, audible sound.

How Your Brain Works

Your brain is essentially a large electrical receiver and transmitter. It runs on electrical impulses, which neurologists call Brainwaves. Over the last 50 years, science has successfully tracked and mapped the human brain states with exact measurements. Here is the complete spectrum of how your brain vibrates depending on what you are doing:

• Delta (0.5 - 4 Hz): Deep Sleep / Healing (Felt subconsciously)

The Connection: Your Environmental Exposure

You will see the meter lock onto a specific number, usually between 60 and 75 Hz (which is right in the Gamma range). The Streaming Video Test

Here is exactly how to test them:

1. Open your favorite streaming video app on your iPhone.
2. Search for a specific target, like: "Healing Frequencies" or "45 Hz relaxation video".
3. Play the video. You don't need to record the whole thing—the signal is supposed to be there the entire time. Use Apple’s native Screen Recording function to record just 15-20 seconds of the video playing.
4. Open FreqCheck and use the Video Input to import that screen-recorded clip.

FreqCheck is designed to loop the video automatically. If the "45 Hz healing signal" is actually in the audio, it will appear instantly on the meter right at 45 Hz. If nothing shows up, the video is outright nonsense.
